Our restaurant is a terrace overlooking the sea of Scopello, with its 20 tables facing the blue and, at the same time, a concentration of history of Sicilian taste where you can discover the typical cuisine of the area, in a jovial, spontaneous atmosphere, that tastes like home and family, all this thanks to a woman: Grandma Lucia Lentini, founder and historical soul of Hotel Torre Bennistra, origin of all the main traditional recipes of our restaurant, constant inspiration of the work that, with great care and attention, we devote to our guests.

The typical Sicilian cuisine that we prepare is based on different fish specialties, with a catch of the day selected and served in the name of a tradition that is accompanied by modern reinterpretations.
The typical Sicilian recipes of our menu are based on the culinary dexterity of the past, and are handed down with love and respect for generations: the flagship of the restaurant of Hotel Torre Bennistra are the caponata of eggplant, spaghetti with sardines and fennel, ravioli ricotta and fennel, potato gnocchi and pistachio served with shrimps.
Our desserts, expertly prepared with selected raw materials, represent the best of the history of Sicilian pastry: virgin minne (virgin breasts), cannoli, cassatelle, Genoese. A real paradise for sweet lovers with ricotta filling.
All the products we use in the kitchen of the restaurant of Hotel Torre Bennistra are at Km 0, as the extra virgin olive oil of our production, together with vegetables, and the wines we offer are strictly those of the Sicilian territory.
